Evictions aren't commonplace for our team, simply due to our careful screening process. If an eviction ever becomes necessary, however, we will walk you through the legal process and resolve the issue.
We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties.
Our leasing guarantee states that if a tenant does not fulfill at least 12 months of a lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free.
If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month of management free and cover the Leasing Fee!
By signing up for our Premium Plan or the Owner Benefit Package, we will guarantee rent for 3 months should your tenant need to be evicted, skips, or doesn’t fulfill the terms of their lease. We will also cover up to $5,000 towards eviction costs and the costs to change the locks.
