Satisfaction Guarantee
We believe in quality customer service. If for any reason you wish to discontinue your service with us, you can cancel your agreement at any time with no penalties.If Management does not secure an approved tenant within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the Property is first listed as rent-ready and available for occupancy, Management will waive the Management Fees for the first two (2) months of the new tenancy.
Good Tenant Guarantee
If a tenant vacates prior to completing a minimum tenancy of one (1) year, Management will waive the Management Fees for the first two (2) months of the new tenancy.
30-Day LeasingGuarantee
If we are unable to lease your home in 30 days or less we will give you ONE month of management free and cover the Leasing Fee!If Management does not secure an approved tenant within thirty (30) calendar days from the date the Property is first listed as rent-ready and available for occupancy, Management will waive the Management Fees for the first two (2) months of the new tenancy.
Rent Guarantee
By signing up for our Premium Plan or the Owner Benefit Package, we will guarantee rent for 3 months should your tenant need to be evicted, skips, or doesn’t fulfill the terms of their lease. We will also cover up to $5,000 towards eviction costs and the costs to change the locks. If the Owner elects to enroll in the Premium Plan, Management will provide a Rent Guarantee in the event that a tenant is evicted for failure to pay rent in accordance with the terms of their lease. Under this guarantee, Management will provide up to two (2) months of rental income and will cover up to Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000) in professional services engaged by Management related to the eviction.
