About Us

Mike graduated from Ohio University with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing in 2006 and received his Masters Degree from the University of Dayton in 2013. Mike spent the first 10 years of his career at Speedway LLC, holding various Operations and Financial Management Positions. In 2016 he joined Adrian Steel where he worked as a Regional and National Sales Manager before purchasing a Property Management Company in 2020. Mike has been investing in Real Estate since 2010 and has a tremendous passion to teach Financial Management and Real Estate Investment Strategy to others. In his free time, Mike loves to spend time with his beautiful wife and three amazing kids, while cheering on his favorite sports teams.

Jason is a Dayton area native and attended the University of Dayton. Jason was part of a family-owned business in the Dayton-Cincinnati area whose specialty was the distribution and manufacturing of building materials such as cabinetry, countertops, siding, lumber, doors, and windows. Jason has always had a focus on the sales and sales management side of the business. Most recently he worked as a cabinet representative for a national corporation. Jason started investing in real Estate in 2016 before obtaining his Real Estate License in 2019. He purchased a property management company in 2020 with Mike as his business partner. Jason enjoys spending time with his family, golfing and watching The Browns, the Ohio State and the Flyers in his spare time.

Mellissa Andre, a highly experienced real estate professional with over two decades of expertise, is celebrated for her leadership and contributions to the industry. She played a pivotal role in driving growth as a former Business Development Executive for a $13B dollar publicly traded company. Mellissa is dedicated to mentoring and educating others in the real estate community, fostering professional development. Her leadership style emphasizes collaboration and empowerment. Outside of work, she is committed to community outreach and philanthropy.

With extensive experience in managing multi-family and single-family housing, Mellissa has excelled in both the Dayton and Cincinnati markets. Her adept handling of diverse property types and market dynamics has earned her a reputation for excellence in property management. Whether it's optimizing occupancy rates, maximizing rental income, or ensuring tenant satisfaction, Mellissa's expertise has consistently delivered outstanding results in these vibrant markets.

Jackie is an Accredited Residential Manager whose journey in Property Management began in the Dayton area over 10 years ago. She has a relentless passion for helping others and a commitment to the team that is unmatched. Jackie has a creative approach to problem solving and has honed her craft through hands-on experiences, continuous learning, and a commitment to staying on top of the ever changing developments in the industry.

Debi Brett is an Accredited Residential Manager with over four years of experience in various roles within the property management field. She is married and has five children and three grandchildren. Debi is deeply committed to addressing the needs of her tenants and owners, ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. In her free time, she enjoys taking her motorcycle out for a ride and spending quality time with her grandchildren. Her dedication and expertise make her a standout professional in the industry.

Tiffany is a Property Management Specialist with 10 years’ experience in Real Estate and Property Management of Single Family and Multi Unit Communities. She possesses a strong knowledge of strategies related to Capital Improvements, Operational Stability, Profitability and Efficiency. Tiffany is a strong believer in building relationships with Residents, Communities and Owners, which she sees are the keys to driving great value to all those she interacts with.

A proud 2019 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, who stepped into the property management world in 2021, Courtney’s focus is to craft impactful marketing campaigns helping our properties and company stand out. Her expertise extends to content creation and marketing strategy, where she leverages her creative side to develop engaging content and the aforementioned campaigns.

Andy has over eight years of experience in the property management industry. He is responsible for marketing and showing rent ready units. He graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor's Degree from Bowling Green State University.
